SubLedger Sub Manager ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our macOS application.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. SubLedger Sub Manager is a fully local application. All subscription data, household member information, settings, and preferences you enter into the app are stored exclusively on your Mac's local storage.
The app does not require network access. No internet connection is needed to use any feature of SubLedger Sub Manager.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app contains no SDKs that collect data.
The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone, or any other system permissions beyond standard app sandbox entitlements.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect any data from children or any other users.
Since we do not collect any data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete on our end. You have full control over all data within the app, and can delete it at any time by removing subscriptions or uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

support@quicky.imClick the "+" button in the top-right corner of the main window. Fill in the subscription name, price, billing cycle, and renewal date, then click Save.
Right-click (or Control-click) on any active subscription in the list and select "Pause" from the context menu. To resume, right-click again and select "Resume".
Right-click on a subscription and select "Delete" from the context menu. You'll be asked to confirm the deletion.
Click the person icon in the top-right toolbar to open the Household view. From there you can add new members, assign subscriptions to owners, and share subscriptions with members.
No. All data is stored locally on your Mac. There is no cloud sync, no account login, and no network access required.
The app supports 8 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese (Brazil).
The app follows your system language settings. Change your macOS language in System Settings > Language & Region, and the app will adapt automatically.
A subscription is shown as "trialing" when it has a future trial end date set. You can set this when adding or editing a subscription by enabling "Trial period" in the More Options section.
